Meet The Wife-And-Husband Team Committed To Quality Care

Starting in their home, Lisa and Dione Scott envisioned an early learning experience where children are loved, nurtured, and encouraged to explore the world. They brought their dream to life, opening the first center in 2016 and another in 2018, creating a safe space for kids and young families to grow and thrive.

Lisa

With a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and over a decade of hands-on experience, Lisa brings both depth and heart to her work with children and families. A former kindergarten teacher, she is also a certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant and Child Behavior Specialist, and is currently pursuing an Educational Leadership Certificate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Dione

A seasoned entrepreneur with a background in business and sales, Dione plays a vital role in the strategic growth and operations of the school. His leadership has helped guide Discovery Days' successful expansion to two thriving preschool centers, with a third location opening in 2025.

Meet the Experienced Director Helping Children Thrive

With over 12 years of experience in early childhood education, Aracely Ramirez brings both professional expertise and a mother’s perspective to her work. She holds an associate’s degree in Child Development and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s in Childhood Education. A proud mom of two and a passionate advocate for the Reggio Emilia approach, Aracely is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where children can learn at their own pace, share their ideas freely, and feel deeply valued.

A play-based curriculum, inspired by Montessori and Reggio philosophies, scaffolds your child’s learning experience. A blend of child-led active discovery, outdoor exploration, social-emotional learning, and project-based experiences help children develop confidence, empathy, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
